• Integration is an important part of working with entheogens or other healing modalities
• Donations are very much appreciated but never expected
• Our Integration potlucks are pretty informal so if you are coming after work it’s ok if late

• Bring a food item to share (optional)
• Bring drinks or eco friendly paper towels/plates (optional)
• Share stories of psychedelic experiences and how you have used them in your life
• Open heart and open mind

• Alcohol or drugs
